- Hotel, flight ticket or shopping members only need to provide valid documents to receive it.
- Players must achieve both deposit and valid turnover requirements to be eligible for the rewards.
- Members who meet the requirements need to contact customer service to claim.
When booking hotels, air tickets or shopping, members can choose to provide valid documents
after purchasing themselves or provide materials to EU9 specialists for purchase.
The rewards obtained cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of rewards and cannot be forwarded
to other people, EU9 reserves the right to change the rewards without prior notice.
The condition statistics time is from the first day of the month until the end of month and will be
reset on the first day of each month.
Players are required to provide personal information during the booking process.

Players can only receive rewards once per month. If the player continues to be active that month,
it is recommended that players receive them all at once at the end of the month.
Rewards cannot overlap. If a player has already received a level 1 reward in the current month,
the player cannot receive a level 2 reward in the same month.
